Please note that for reasons of hygiene, NO BREAKFAST is currently available in connection with the covid-19!
This rule remains in effect until further notice. If you have booked breakfast, the corresponding amount will be automatically credited back when your card is debited.

Payment options:
We also accept all cards contactless Applepay, Androidpay, Cash only in CHF.
The amount owed will be pre-charged / reserved on your credit card immediately after booking, provided this has been deposited.
Otherwise, a bank transfer must be made prior to arrival.
If for any reason the credit card cannot be charged,
you will receive a message and will be asked to provide a valid card.
If no charge can be made, the booking will be canceled.
Seasonal and special offers, genius offers, etc. which do not correspond to the usual prices cannot be canceled and will be charged or billed directly.
If you are unable to arrive, the corresponding * amount will be refunded / credited to you in accordance with our cancellation policy.
The debit is always made in Swiss francs on our part.
* Any currency conversion fees may be charged by your card operator and are not our responsibility.
All other fees and taxes are included in the total price.
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to pay with Postcard. (Swiss customers)
If a card cannot be charged or is even invalid, the guest has 24 hours to correct the information or to pay the amount via bank transfer.
Otherwise the booking will unfortunately have to be canceled.

Check in and out:
– Check-in from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (other times possible by telephone or e-mail +41 76 373 32 77)
– Check-out 11:00
– A laundry and ironing service is offered, this is chargeable
– A hairdresser is located across from the property. We would be happy to organize an appointment for you if you contact us beforehand. On your own account
– Bus stop 100m from the accommodation
– Food / non-food shopping opportunities are in the village and in the vicinity
– Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation. Of course, smoking is allowed outside the accommodation 🙂
– Free parking at the accommodation

– Check in before 3 p.m. and check out after 11 a.m. possible on request, provided there is no reservation by other guests and the room has already been cleaned.
There may be a fee for this CHF 10.00 / h per guest.
Please note that the use of the whirlpool is not available for this room category!
Cancellation:
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Except special offers. These cannot be canceled.
In the event of cancellation in the 14 days prior to arrival, the guest pays 50% of the total price.
In the event of cancellation in the 7 days prior to arrival, the guest pays 100% of the total price.
If the guest does not show up, he pays an amount equal to the total price.
Should the guest make a new booking, 25% of the cancellation fee will be credited to the new booking on a daily basis!
Guests who leave early cannot be refunded.
A processing fee of 5% of the amount will be incurred in the event of a refund.
The accommodation is not suitable for children and pets.
